Our price promise:
We will endeavour to match the price of an identically stocked competitor product. Subject to our exclusions listed below.

Our price match policy applies to identical products in stock at both the competitor and Mcleans at the time of price matching. The competitor price must be verified by Mcleans. Online price comparisons must include any delivery costs.

Exclusions apply for cash back offers and store credits, bonus and bundled promotions, coupon promotions, grey or direct import products not sold through an authorised Australian reseller, commercial orders, competitor advertising errors, members only or subscription prices, and competitor clearance products or products with limited or restricted quantities.

Products available through Mcleans are supplied through authorised local distributors and not via “grey market” or “direct import international models” that are available through some online retailers. This gives you the peace of mind and convenience that you have for Mcleans to provide after sales support in the unlikely event that you experience a problem or need to return a product.

Also, as Mcleans is an authorised seller you have the confidence that products purchased through Mcleans are designed to operate “out of the box” in the local Australian market.

On Installations
The house must be residential.
There must be a suitable roof cavity with access.
Access to the house must be clear and free from any harmful obstacles or barriers.

Installations more than 25km's from the store may be subject to travelling costs.
Anything outside these parameters may incur an extra charge.
